Elite Echo. For 10..35 seconds, if you are under the effects of a chant or a shout, you attack 33% faster and gain 33% more adrenaline, but you have -20 armor. (Leadership)
Elite Chant. For 4..10 seconds, each party member within earshot has a 50% chance to block incoming attacks. This chant ends if that party member hits with an attack skill. (Leadership)
Elite Form. For 10..90 seconds, your Dervish enchantments recharge 50% faster and your attacks deal chaos damage. Whenever you lose a Dervish enchantment, steal 1 Energy from all nearby foes. This skill is disabled for 45 seconds. (Mysticism)
